About the Author
Yoha is a Mexican from Veracruz who arrived in Australia with her husband back in 2013. Besides running her own business and recently becoming a mother, she continues exploring her passion for writing.
From a very young age, Yoha always carried a diary but it was when she attended high school and university years that she started to write short stories. She enjoys writing so much that she has taken on courses about creative writing and has been emerging herself in texts about this creative field which have led her to create this piece of art.
El Demonio de la Marca de Fuego is Yoha’s first novel, which has taken her almost three years in develop. She is happy to share her story with the community of Chicas Latinas in the launch event on the 12th of May.
