These Terms set out how we allow you to access and use our Site, how we display information about our products and services, and the conditions that apply to purchases made on our Site.

1 Disclosure of customer details to payment processor

When you purchase Products and Event tickets through the Site, you will be shown the total purchase price which includes:

  1. the price of the Products/Ticket;
  2. online booking fees; and
  3. credit card fees;

By confirming your purchase, you agree to pay the total purchase price in accordance with these Terms.

1.1 Disclosure of customer details to payment processor

Your payment and credit card details submitted using this Site are fully encrypted through industry standard secure software server technology. ChicasLatinas recommends that you check the SSL/TLS certificate at the time of any purchase to confirm this measure has been taken. If you suspect that unauthorised use of your credit card has occurred as a result of a purchase from this Site, you should notify your credit card provider immediately in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

1.2 Refund and return policy

Refunds are not provided at any time for any purchase included Product, Ticket or Trip package.

Refunds are not provided at any time unless:

  1. The event was cancelled by the organizer

Refunds or exchanges are not available if you:

  • simply change your mind about Products/Tickets you have purchased;
  • have mistakenly purchased the wrong Product/Ticket (including mistakes relating to session times, dates or cinema venue); or
  • are unable to provide proof of purchase

If an event has been rescheduled, ticket price will be refunded.

1.3 No Re-Sale or Promotional Use

Products or services obtained from this Site (including tickets) may not be re-sold, on-supplied or transferred for commercial, consumer or promotional purposes, bundled with other goods or services, or used for promotional purposes without Chicas Latina’s prior written consent.

2. Clothing Returns and Refunds

We hope you are satisfied with of your purchases but if you ever need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days from the date shown on your dispatch note.

2.1 What can be returned:  Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may be returned. Returns must also comply with our user agreement.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us within 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase. Subject to the following criteria we will refund or replace the full price, excluding postage and processing costs.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect Sizes, Stlye or Colour
  • Delayed delivery of Goods

2.2 What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

2.3 Returns for refund: must be made within 28 days of receipt of purchase.

2.4 Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 28 days of receipt of purchase.

2.5 Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
